BANQUETING

 

Functions rooms are available for lunches and dinners from 10 to 120 people.

If you are booking a function room for a sit down meal or a buffet costing £12.95 upwards, there is no room hire charge. Just the price of your chosen menu. Should you require a smaller buffet there may be an additional charge for the room – please call us for more details.

 

 

 

We are happy to advise on suitable room layouts for your function and also book entertainment (such as a disco or band) on your behalf or advise on options available.

 

Table linen can be co-ordinated to complement any colour scheme you may have in mind. We can also arrange flowers, balloons, celebratory cakes and other decorations for the room.

 

 

 

 


MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES

 

The Belle Vue Royal Hotel is ideal for most events including conferences, weddings, dinner dances, exhibitions and product launches. Smaller rooms are perfect for meetings, small dinner parties, or interviews.

 

We will be happy to use our extensive knowledge to advise you on menus, room decoration and suitable entertainment if required.

 

The hotel prides itself on attention to detail and flexibility. We offer inclusive day and 24 hour delegate rates providing your delegates with everything they may need for their day long or overnight conference or meeting.

 

Rooms are also available for hire for a half or full day with catering as required. We can provide sit down meals, buffets, sandwiches or simply refreshments in the form of coffee, tea and biscuits. THIS RATE IS BASED ON 16-30 DELEGATES. FOR SMALLER OR LARGER GROUPS WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ADVISE YOU ON THE RATE THAT IS BEST FOR YOUR FUNCTION.

24 Hour Delegate Rates
Minimum 15 delegates, includes:
morning coffee and biscuits
hot and cold buffet lunch with dessert and coffee
afternoon tea
three course table d'hôte dinner
overnight accommodation
full Welsh breakfast
room hire charge (inclusive of equipment)
cordials
water and mints

Single bedded room from £103 per delegate
Double/twin bedded room (2 persons sharing) from £87 per delegate
Double/twin rooms (1 person) from £118 per delegate

THIS RATE IS AVAILABLE FOR A MINIMUM OF 15 DELEGATES.

 

Equipment included in the above rates are flipchart with pad (additional pads available at £7.00 each), overhead projector, screen, TV & DVD player. All equipment requirements must be advised in advance.

It may be that delegate rates will not suit your requirements as maybe you only need the room for half a day or you would only like sandwiches for lunch, or you need a larger room, breakout rooms etc. We will be happy to advise but here is a guideline to prices:
