How do you rate our services?

In each of our bedrooms we have a questionnaire we ask guests to fill in. Each month we collate the results and distribute them to the different hotel departments.
Below are the findings for last month.
When maintenance or housekeeping issues are reported they are acted upon straight away.
Other suggestions are kept and if we find several guests mention the same things, we implement necessary changes.
