Group Bookings
For groups of 20 or more special rates can be negotiated. Please contact the hotel for details.
Confirming your booking
Room bookings must be confirmed by credit/debit card even if you intend to pay with cash.
The hotel reserves the right to release any room/s booked by 6pm if there has been no confirmation received or notification of late arrival.
Cancellations/ Non-arrivals
48 hours notification is required for cancellation to avoid any charges. Cancellations made after this will be charged for one night's accommodation.
In the event of non-arrival we will charge for one night's accommodation.
Payment methods
We accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Solo & Electron. We do not accept American Express or Diners.
Cash payments can be made but a credit/ debit card number must also be given to secure your booking.
Personal cheques can only be accepted when accompanied by a valid banker's card.
Smoking policy
The hotel operates a strict smoke-free policy in all areas. Guests will be fined £50.00 if they smoke in bedrooms.
